Here at Cambridge Online School & College International we understand the importance of affordability when looking for the best option. To make our online schooling fees more affordable, we offer different payment plans that give you the option to split the cost over a set amount of time.
Online Learning Payment Plan Options
Annual contract - one upfront payment
Annual contract with instalment plan - up 8 payments (+3%)
Monthly contract - up to 11 payments (+8%)
The main difference between our annual and monthly contracts is based on the cancellation terms as detailed below.
For each of our monthly payment options, we take a 10% deposit upon enrollment, which is deducted from your overall fees. Once you start classes, your monthly payments will commence. Each payment is of equal size. If you join late (after the start of classes), the deposit payment and the first month's payment will be taken at the same time. Your last payment has to be made before classes finish, so depending on how late you join, you may not be able to take the full 8 or 11 months. All fees for late joiners are pro-rata.
Payments can be made by direct debit, card, bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellation terms
On annual contracts, you can cancel at the end of each term, by giving at least 4 weeks' notice before the end of that term. On monthly contracts, you can cancel anytime, giving 4 weeks' notice. Once you hand in your notice, your fees due will be calculated exactly based on weeks attended (including notice period) and any unpaid fees will be due, or if you have overpaid, you will receive a refund within 14 days.
