Candidates should meet the following criteria:

UK citizen/resident (occasional exceptions made for outstanding candidates)​

English native speaker, C2 (foreign language teachers should be native speakers of the language and have a minimum of a B2/C1 level of English)

Degree qualification (upper second-class bachelor's degree minimum desired)

PGCE (desired)

QTS or similar teaching qualifications (not required, but advantageous)

Up-to-date DBS/criminal record check (last 12 months) - we can apply for one as part of onboarding

References from last school employed at
All teachers are thoroughly background-checked and have to complete induction and safeguarding training before they start.
